By downloading or using PathwayPanda you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PathwayPanda.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.
- Don't use the app to violate any law or third-party rights.
- Don't share your account with others.
5. Content
The pathways, quizzes, and explanations in PathwayPanda are our intellectual property. You may use them for personal learning but not redistribute them.
6. Beta service
PathwayPanda is currently in beta. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Features may change without notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathwayPanda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app.
